Hospitable dining on Curacao
Book and rental
Reservations made by e-mail. After your booking you will receive your confirmation. Your reservation will be after your deposit of 50% of the rent on our account. The remaining 50% and the deposit must be at least 6 weeks before your arrival to be paid. Before making a definite reservation, please us an option of taking a few days. During these days you will have the opportunity to arrange your flight. Once we received your option at the villa have received, we agreed that for you for days. If you state definitely want to book a reservation and therefore, we will send you an invoice. Within five days after the invoice date, your deposit will be credited to our account. When you make a reservation and you are not within the specified period the deposit, then the cancellation fee € 100, -. The lease term the lease is binding.
Cancel
It can happen that you have to cancel due to circumstances. Give this to us as soon as possible! We will try the villa to rent for that period. If we return to full house for this period can rent you pay us nothing. If the rented again only partially succeed, you pay us the sum of the rent on the days that are not rented. Deposit
The deposit is € 300, -. The cost of water and electricity are deducted from the deposit. The remainder is 14 days after your departure to your account. Any damage costs will be deducted. Arrival and Breakfast Package
We can arrange a food package. You do not immediately set off to go shopping.

For your laptop you can make free use of a wireless Internet.
Car rental
You can rent a car for about € 20.00 per day. The price depends on your choice. You can book your car for example, G & G and Budget car. There are several car rental in Curacao. Do you find it difficult or you do not have time to book yourself a car, you can ask us to do that for you.
Loss and theft
The landlord is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings of the tenants. Two rooms have a safe to store your valuables, such as a laptop.
Washing machine
Always use detergent in the washing machine. This keeps the machine clean and hygienic is true for you and all future occupants. It is sufficient to half the detergent than usual in the washing machine to do. On Curacao the water composition slightly different than in the Netherlands. Smoking and BBQ
Ensure, in relation to the wind, the BBQ after use is extinguished or covered. You may not smoke inside, or on the covered front patio and outside. Extinguish smoking materials carefully and use your ashtrays to the shell sand. Throw your cigarette filters in the ashtray.
Cleaning included in rental price
1x a week cleaning done and you get clean towels and tea towels and clean linen. Final cleaning is also included in the price and gas consumption and use BBQ. We ask your cooperation for yourself during your stay, the house neat and broom clean, the kitchen to clean up the waste and garbage into the place beside the house. We recommend that every day visit. You stay in the tropics and then other rules apply. The manager ensures that the garbage outside the garbage disposal site is offered to the island. Not included in the rent
Water and electricity. The meter readings will be in your presence at the beginning and end of your stay. So you always pay yourself what has been used. Leaving the house

Management of the house
Upon arrival you will be the couple from the house informed administrators about the use of the villa and the equipment.
